Fall 2023 – Annual Conservation Easement Workshop

The Madison-Morgan Conservancy hosts the longest running annual conservation easement workshop in the state, partnering with the Georgia-Alabama Land Trust (Accredited) and the Atlanta Area Chapter Appraisal Institute to bring you a timely workshop on conservation easements.

The fall workshop is held annually at Burge Plantation (Mansfield, GA, just 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta) and provides continuing education credits for lawyers, real estate professionals, and CPAs.  

Lunch is provided by Burge’s own Chef Andrew Featherstone, who sources most of the meal from Burge Organic Farm. Delish!

Details to come, but remember to secure your place early – there is limited space available, and the workshop has filled up early every year.
